Training Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All training course registrations, deposits, and payments are non-refundable. Deposits cannot be transferred to another course, training date, student, or service.
Once online course materials have been accessed, a training kit has been prepared or shipped, or any portion of the training has begun, no refund, exchange, credit, or transfer will be provided.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Students who cancel, fail to attend, arrive too late to complete the training, or leave before the course is finished will not receive a refund or credit. Any remaining course balance will continue to be due as agreed at the time of registration.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and must be approved by Lashes & Aesthetics by Summiya. Approved changes may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee. A rescheduled booking cannot be transferred to a different course or another person.
Training Kits and Products
Training kits and included products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us promptly with clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Online Training Materials
Online lessons, videos, manuals, guides, and other digital materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been provided. Course materials are for the registered student only and may not be copied, shared, recorded, resold, or distributed.
Cancellation by the Training Provider
If we must cancel or reschedule a training, students may transfer their payment to the new date or receive a refund for the portion cancelled by us. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, childcare, loss of income, or other personal expenses.
By registering for a training course and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
