Because lactic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) with moisture-supporting properties, it is especially beneficial for dry, dehydrated, dull or sensitive-looking skin. This peel can help improve the appearance of: • Dull or tired-looking skin • Dry, rough or flaky texture • Mild hyperpigmentation and dark spots • Post-acne marks • Uneven skin tone and texture • Fine lines and early signs of aging • Mild congestion Following treatment, the skin may appear softer, smoother, brighter and more refreshed. Mild tingling, temporary redness, dryness or light flaking may occur. Results and downtime vary depending on the condition and sensitivity of your skin. A consultation is required to determine whether this peel is appropriate for you. Daily sunscreen and proper aftercare are essential, and a series of treatments may be recommended for concerns such as pigmentation, texture or fine lines. The treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation and steam to soften buildup and prepare the pores. Gentle extractions are performed when needed, followed by a customized mask and targeted serums selected for your skin concerns. Cancellation Policy
THE LAS MEDI SPA — SERVICE AND PACKAGE POLICY SERVICE VALIDITY • Prepaid individual services must be booked and used within three months of the purchase date. • Service packages must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date. • Unused services or sessions expire at the end of the applicable validity period. Extensions may be considered at the discretion of The LAS Medi Spa in exceptional circumstances. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • For prepaid individual services, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in the payment being forfeited. • For packages, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in one session being deducted from the package. • Repeated late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or the appointment being rescheduled. The applicable late-cancellation terms may apply. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS • All prepaid services and package purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. • Services and packages are assigned to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged for cash or used by another person. • Packages apply only to the services and treatment areas included at the time of purchase. TREATMENT ELIGIBILITY AND RESULTS • All treatments are subject to consultation and professional assessment. • Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures and changes in health before treatment. • The LAS Medi Spa reserves the right to postpone, modify or decline a treatment when it cannot be performed safely. • Clients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions. • Treatment results and the number of sessions required vary according to the client’s individual condition, skin type, hair type, hormones, lifestyle and response to treatment. Specific results cannot be guaranteed. PROMOTIONS • Services and packages cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers unless otherwise stated.
