OxyGeneo is a customizable facial and body treatment that combines three essential steps: exfoliation, natural oxygenation and nourishment. The OxyPod gently removes dead skin cells and surface impurities while releasing active ingredients chosen for your specific skin concerns. When the OxyPod comes into contact with the Primer Gel, it creates carbon-dioxide-rich bubbles that trigger the Bohr effect. The body responds by sending oxygen-rich blood to the treated area, naturally increasing circulation and oxygenation from within. A customized serum is then infused to hydrate and nourish the skin. Customized OxyPods include: • Clarify/Balance: Oily, congested and acne-prone skin, clogged pores, excess oil, body breakouts and post-acne marks. • Detox: Sensitive, reactive or environmentally stressed skin. Helps calm redness and irritation. • Energize: Tired, dull or puffy skin needing improved radiance and a refreshed appearance. • Hydrate: Dry, dehydrated, flaky or chapped-looking skin. Helps strengthen the moisture barrier and improve softness. • Protect: Inflamed, damaged or compromised skin. Supports the skin barrier and reduces visible redness and dryness. • Illuminate: Hyperpigmentation, sunspots, post-acne marks and uneven skin tone. • Retouch: Blemishes, enlarged pores, fine lines and rough or uneven texture. • Revive: Mature skin, fine lines, dullness, rough texture and loss of elasticity. • Exofirm: Firming, hydration and skin renewal for aging, dull or stressed skin. OxyGeneo may be performed on the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, underarms, bikini line and buttocks. Body treatments can help improve the appearance of back or chest acne, body pimples, clogged pores, ingrown-hair-related congestion, dark underarms or bikini line, post-acne pigmentation, rough texture and dry skin. This comfortable treatment is suitable for many skin types and tones, with little to no downtime. Skin is left looking smoother, brighter, softer, hydrated and refreshed. A single session is ideal before a special event, while a customized series may be recommended for acne, pigmentation, texture or aging concerns.
Cancellation Policy
THE LAS MEDI SPA — SERVICE AND PACKAGE POLICY SERVICE VALIDITY • Prepaid individual services must be booked and used within three months of the purchase date. • Service packages must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date. • Unused services or sessions expire at the end of the applicable validity period. Extensions may be considered at the discretion of The LAS Medi Spa in exceptional circumstances. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • For prepaid individual services, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in the payment being forfeited. • For packages, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in one session being deducted from the package. • Repeated late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or the appointment being rescheduled. The applicable late-cancellation terms may apply. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS • All prepaid services and package purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. • Services and packages are assigned to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged for cash or used by another person. • Packages apply only to the services and treatment areas included at the time of purchase. TREATMENT ELIGIBILITY AND RESULTS • All treatments are subject to consultation and professional assessment. • Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures and changes in health before treatment. • The LAS Medi Spa reserves the right to postpone, modify or decline a treatment when it cannot be performed safely. • Clients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions. • Treatment results and the number of sessions required vary according to the client’s individual condition, skin type, hair type, hormones, lifestyle and response to treatment. Specific results cannot be guaranteed. PROMOTIONS • Services and packages cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers unless otherwise stated.
